Heimdall+ CS has automatic aspect ratio detection. Cinemscope content is automatically scaled to the full screen and 16:9 is shown at the correct width. Aspect ratio is also adjusted when a movie has captioning outside the active picture to make it visible. You can also switch formats manually.
